Woodspeen Training are recruiting for a Learner Recruiter to join their Apprenticeship recruitment team.

**This role will be based in the Blackpool office in FY3.**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions, to identify potential learners interested in the organisation's programs.

Applicant Screening:
Application Guidance:

- Identifying barriers to learning and advising/signposting to partner services

Interviewing:

- Identifying barriers to learning/employment and advising/signposting to partner services.
- Organising interviews for potential learners with clients
- Processing DBS requests where applicable.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness about the organization's learning initiatives, targeting relevant audiences and engaging them through various online and offline channels.
- Attend career events/ events to promote apprenticeships to young people

Conversion and Enrolment:
Relationship Management:

- Maintain client relationships ensuring client is engaged throughout the recruitment process and increasing likelihood of further vacancy referrals.
- Maintain a good working relationship with EPM’s

Data Management:
Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other teams, such as the Operations, Marketing and wider Employer Engagement team, to align recruitment efforts with program objectives and promotional activities.
- Supporting with enrolments where necessary

Safeguarding:

- Ensuring the safeguarding of learners, raising any concerns immediately with the safeguarding team.
- Ensure training on Safeguarding, Prevent, Side by Side and Equality and Diversity is up to date

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment is desirable.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing and social media acumen.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**£23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience**

**Generous comission package included.
