We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our busy team permanently, supporting the Head of Legal Recruitment in placing permanent and fixed-term contract Paralegals into new career opportunities. We are looking for someone with previous administration/customer service experience, who enjoys building relationships and working within a fast-paced environment. This is an incredibly rewarding role, helping people secure their next career move, within some of the finest law firms in the City.

Our office is only a 5 mins walk from London Liverpool Street, based in the heart of the City, closeby to the clients that we serve. The role will involve the following:

- Database administration
- Arranging interviews
- Creating and posting job adverts
- Completing pre-employment checks when required
- Supporting the Head of Legal with other ad-hoc tasks as/when necessary
- A minimum of 6 months' administration/customer service experience (previous recruitment administration experience is preferred but not essential)
- Previous eperience working in a customer-facing role
- Good telephone manner
- A team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- Calm under pressure
