Housekeeping Team Leader

Almondsbury Inn & Lounge has 57 fully refurbished bedrooms with lounge bar area and small meeting room. We have an opportunity for a **Team Leader in Housekeeping** to support the smooth running of housekeeping and look after our fully refurbished hotel.
The **Team Leader in Housekeeping** will be responsible for being both pro-active and reactive in ensuring that the team have all public areas and guest bedrooms clean and welcoming at all times.
The **Team Leader in Housekeeping** will report into the Hotel Manager and be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping team with room cleaning and checking to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to make an impact on our guests.
The **Team Leader in Housekeeping **will work in partnership with the management team to allocate job lists, support with training. The role is a hands on role for someone who can lead a team to strive for excellence.
The role of **Team Leader in Housekeeping** is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in housekeeping. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career.
