**Apprentice Parts Advisor**
We have a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career as an Apprentice Parts Advisor. As a company we believe in delivering training and development to make sure our Apprentices become our rising starts of the future.
The role of a Parts Advisor Apprentice is diverse. You'll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving Sandicliffe customers also helping out on the workshop counter serving the workshop & commercial department. You'll learn skills in managing stock, merchandising and analysing purchasing habits, as well as developing your ability to retain customers and increase market saturation.

**What will I do on a daily basis?**
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers both in person and over the phone
- Developing relationships with other departments
- Preparing orders
- Meeting deadlines
- Stock Control/ Management
- Processing orders and Payments
- Identifying Parts
- Respond to internal and customer parts enquiries in a timely manner
- Pick and distribute parts for our daily workshop operations to ensure workshop efficiency
- Greet customers and visitors courteously, professionally and in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives

**Required Skills**:
You should have an interest in providing excellent customer service with a confident approach to understanding the customers requirements, this may involve complaint resolution.
You will have the opportunity to upsell to the customer with excellent product knowledge that you will acquire whilst training. You will have the ability to work on your own or as part of a team, be organised and have problem solving abilities. An interest in motor vehicles would also be an advantage.
GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in Mathematics and English Language
