- Female Support Worker
- £23,264 per annum (pro rata)
- Radlett near St Albans
- Full time and part time
- Drivers due to location and limited public transport at weekends
Come on an amazing journey with us We are opening a new supported living service in newly refurbished bungalows supporting twelve to sixteen people with a learning disability and potentially other associated support needs. We are currently looking for full time Female Support Workers to work within 1 of our Female only bungalows.
This is a brilliant opportunity for the successful applicants to be fully involved in the setting up and shaping of this new service. You’d take ownership of your role and development and make sure people we support have a good day every day
No two days are the same but your day might look like this:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
- And enjoying what you do
