We are looking for a super friendly, Receptionist to join our busy, customer focused veterinary practice based in the Chilterns.

We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in our local community and pride ourselves on our impeccable customer care.

This role is fast paced, and fun with no working day the same so we are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5 star customer care
- Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
- Booking appointments & diary management
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash and end of day banking
- Cleaning a preparing rooms for consultations
- Opening and closing the practice

The role offers a generous salary and holiday package, a day off for your birthday, paid overtime, paid lunch breaks and further learning and development is actively encouraged.

This is a full time role consisting of 37.5 hours per week and working 1 weekend in 4.

The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre is owned by IVC Evidensia and led by our own in-house Management team. We have had the privilege of caring for small animals in the local community for over 50 years.

All of our team members share the same passion to provide our clients and their pets with the best care and service possible.

We are all animal lovers and pet owners who take great pride in treating pets as if they were our own.

**Salary**: £21,300.00 per year
