About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team in Broadstairs, Kent, as a Reception Manager for Animal Care.

This is a Full-Time position, working 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, with 1:5 weekends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Reception team, assisting with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing general support.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar role within the Veterinary or Medical Industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and multitasking skills
  • A genuine love for animals and commitment to delivering outstanding client service
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Previous experience in a Senior position
