Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter

Location: Maidenhead

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our internal recruitment efforts and elevate them to new heights. This pivotal role entails identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. **Responsibilities**:
5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and devise customized recruitment plans to address them effectively.

7. Employ data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and identify areas for optimization.

8. Stay abreast of industry developments, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our recruitment strategies.

9. Act as a brand advocate, effectively conveying our employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.

10. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress, activities, and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of minimum 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role within the recruitment agency domain.

3. Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and securing high-caliber talent across diverse industries and job functions.

4. Extensive recruitment network with broad connections and reach within the industry.

6. Profound understanding of recruitment methodologies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.

7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

8. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment tools.

9. Strategic mindset coupled with innovative problem-solving abilities.

11. Additional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
