**The role will be to support the development and co-ordinate the Strategies and content which support Milton Keynes City Councils social and economic and environmental benefits and environmental ambitions.**
***
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
***
- **Develop and maintain strong working relationships internally, with our client and within the community****:

- **Develop, manage and maintain both the Sustainability Strategy and Social Value Strategy****:

- **Effective communication; map, evidence, monitor and report on the performance relating to environmental and social value****:

- **Understand our clients evolving social, economic and environmental (SEE) requirements supporting the development of a Social Value Strategy****:

- **Enhance Ringway’s SEE reputation, both within Milton Keynes and across the wider business, through participation in business working groups / networking opportunities****:

- **Support the business objectives to increase in the levels of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within the workforce****:

- **Work with operational colleagues to collate Sustainability figures monthly****:

- **Co-ordinate regular waste audits with the operational team****:

- **Identify opportunities for recycling and circular economy***
