- Develop and implement care plans for children in line with regulatory requirements including keyworker responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies

- Support the Deputy Manager and team in day-to-day operations
- To be included in the homes on call system(additional pay) as part of your professional development

**Experience**:

- 2 Years residential childcare experience and looking for progression
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT and compliant paperwork skills
- Diploma level 3 in residential childcare essential
