Immigration Consultants will report to the Senior Immigration Consultant and work in a dedicated team supporting a defined set of schools. You will work alongside other Immigration Consultants to execute the end to end process. In busy periods, teams willbe fungible and you will be expected to assume both visa and compliance activities where required and appropriate.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the relationship with their cohort, providing expertise and guidance in all matters relating to their case work
- Carrying out volume UK immigration casework with a particular focus on Student / Child Student and family migration cases
- Taking ownership of case management, monitoring progress and following up until completion ensuring this is done in a timely manner liaising closely with other Consultants, ensuring seamless end to end activities
- Managing high volume queries and ensuring high quality advice is given at all times
- Providing thorough and concise communication to all those involved in the process (schools, agents, families and internal NCE colleagues alike) ensuring this is done in a timely manner
- Ensuring the appropriate client records are established and maintained through our internal case management tool
- Ensuring all fees and disbursements are invoiced and where appropriate, full payment is received in a timely manner, liaising with accounts when necessary
- Disseminating complex information and conducting research on relevant country information, rules, laws and prac­tices to provide clients with a coherent and structured solution and strategy
- Ensuring you are implementing client regulatory compliance at all times
- Managing the preparation and delivery of client reports in Excel or other database software
- Working collaboratively within immigration teams to comply with OISC regulations
- Uploading all necessary documentation onto our systems for tracking purposes and undertaking relevant record keeping
- Undertaking reporting obligations to ensure data is correct including contact details of parents and students
- Escalating potential issues to senior management in a timely manner where appropriate for support and guidance
- Ensuring appropriate client records are established and maintained and that key correspondence and documentation are saved in the relevant places i.e. Immigo
- As an Immigration Consultant, you should be registered as a trainee with supervision and take the OISC Level 1 exam within 12 months of joining NCE or you should already be OISC Level 1 qualified
- In addition, you will be required to undertake any additional Compliance activities, relevant to your role, that are not listed here, supporting the Compliance Managers with any other relevant duties
