EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.

We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our Utilities team. This role will require frequent travel to various sites throughout our 80km stretch of the HS2 line. Our sites are located throughout Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.
- This role will allow you to support the Quality, Design and Construction teams with uploading and tracking the status of Utilities design and construction documentation. You'll need to be responsible for correspondence and document management on various bespoke systems.- We would like you to monitor sub-contractors and our supply chain to make sure that documentation meets the EKFB protocol. We expect you to provide advice and guidance to the construction delivery teams on the document control system.- You'll need to maintain and update utilities document related trackers and support the Utilities Assurance Manager with assurance activities.**About You**:

- Previous experience in a Document Control position
- Experience with document management systems
- Excellent knowledge of O365 - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Driving License is required
