**About the role**

Working in our Queensferry office reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

A vacancy has arisen within Ritter Accounts Receivable for a Team Leader.
Duties to include working closely with AR Manager to provide first line support to ensure thesmooth running of the department.High priority and focus given to minimising bad debt to the business, ensuring all funds received are allocated on a daily basis.Monitoring team performance in Credit Control and Sales Ledger to ensure deadlines are met,you will be responsible for ensuring aged debt is kept to a minimum.Providing daily/weekly excel reporting to Senior Management is an integral requirement of this role.

**Role Responsibility**

Duties to include working closely with Accounts Receivable Manager to provide first line support ensuring smooth running of the department.

- Providing daily/weekly excel reporting to SeniorManagement is an integral requirement of this role.

Previous experience managing a team

Accounts receivable experience

Strong communication skills

Proven experience managing stakeholders
