Finance Assistant

**About the role**

** Part Time - 18.75 hours per week**

We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to look after Query Resolution in our Ritter Finance team, based in our Queensferry site.

In this role you\'ll ensure that all queries that are receivedinto the department are dealt with in a timely manner, from initial query through to check that the query has been logged correctly in Accord on the account and the CRM notes, and placed onto the correct credit note spreadsheet.

You will also keepour customers updatedon the progress of the query to fulfil the their expectations, by utilising the tools available and following them through to conclusion.

**Role Responsibility**

Queries received to be actioned daily

Diarise queries to ensure completion and closure

Ensure all spreadsheets pertaining to role are accurate and kept up to date

Phones to be answered within 3 rings

From time to time you willbe required to do specified tasks as delegated by the Team Manager

Each individual must be adaptable and flexible to change

**You will need**

Great communication skills, especially verbal and with a superb phone manner

Customer service orientation

Finance administration background is essential

Good PC and system skills, knowledge of Accord and SAP would be an advantage

Self-initiative and proactive
