Relevant qualifications and/or experience with working with individuals with complex mental health conditions and other multiple diagnoses such as autism.
The post-holder will be required to be willing and able to work shift patterns, weekends and public holidays and take part in the organisation’s on-call system.
The staff member will make sure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion at all times
