**The Role**

As an Agency Support Care Worker you will make a difference every day supporting people with a range of tasks, which could include: household tasks, personal care, administration of medication or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This could be in the community or in a home/residential setting. Anyone at any stage of life could require care including the Elderly, those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, sensory impairment or physical disabilities. You will be the person to help maintain their independence and support them with their hopes and aspirations.

**We’re looking for**
- A Minimum of 6 months Care assistant or Support work experience within the UK
- A cheerful and outgoing approach
- Empathy and Reliability
- An ability to follow instructions and care plans
- A good level of English, both verbally and in writing
- A driver’s licence is an advantage - but not essential
- Authorisation to live and work in the UK
