The Role

Reporting directly to the Theatre Manager, you will help support, coordinate and assist in the organisation of the Theatre Department, managing the Team of Anaesthetic Practitioners. You will have a number of responsibilities including developing the service to achieve profitability and growth, providing professional leadership and expert knowledge to staff, and ensuring high standards are delivered at all times.

Role Requirements
- RGN with accredited Anaesthetic Course or ODP Qualification
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Previous experience working in the NHS or private sector
- Extensive experience within anaesthetics
- Proven CPD
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Great attention to detail
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Proven leadership skills
