**Job Overview**

Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.

Hybrid Role consisting of remote working and requirement to work in our Office Location in Birmingham

Salary

£20,000 - £24,000 DPOE

**Main Duties**

Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
- Provide support to the regional operation managers, regional engineering managers and Senior Management Team in carrying out all administration tasks.
- Maintain the operational data including establishment list, building lists, training records, H&S records & Incident reporting (ECO Online).
- Assist in preparation for internal and external audits.
- Assist with site mobilisations.
- Assist with HR issues including investigations and note taking.
- Collate overtime trackers in line with the required department's time lines.
- Use Microlise vehicle tracking system to track vehicles upon request by management.
- Request security weekly gap tracker from Business Services.

- Any other reasonable management request.

- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
