What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Director, Head of Marketing, EMEA, we are seeking for a Senior Marketing Associate, focusing on our Asia strategy, your role will encompass a multifaceted approach to ensure our marketing efforts are both impactful and aligned with regional dynamics. Your responsibilities include:
Your responsibilities:

- Structure: Support the Head of Marketing and work with the wider marketing team on the delivery of capital raising campaigns, analyzing ROI and following up using appropriate marketing channels.
- Conferences and events: Support and coordinate firm participation/sponsorship and/or other engagement in industry events.
- Budget monitoring: Ensure that all activities are completed within budget and are accurately recorded as per budgeting process. Manage invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
- KPIs: Ensure all campaigns have clear measurements and KPIs and report back on campaign results.
- Awards: Identify and draft submissions for key industry awards, if successful identify and execute promotion both internally and externally.
- Campaign benchmarking: Proactively research competitor campaigns, including their trade press advertising and web activity, and recommend ideas, enhancements where appropriate.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

- Professional qualifications that have a marketing or English component would put you in a strong position but are not essential.
- Experience working for global asset manager with oversees marketing experience would be preferred but not essential.
- 4+ years financial services marketing experience
- Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, InDesign, Adobe and WordPress
- Experience of working in a highly professional team, often facing tight deadlines
- Great organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Articulate communicator

Additional Information:

- Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 3 days in-office per week

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
