An opportunity has arisen for **Marketing Associate - Battery Intelligence **to join our Elysia team a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. Purpose of the role is to grow the reach of Elysia. Develop messaging by understanding the voice-of-customer, as well as lead global marketing initiatives.

Elysia is WAE’s all-new battery software product division, developing licensable algorithms and SaaS products to extract life, performance, safety and powerful insights from any Li-ion battery system. Working with the agility of a start-up but the legacy of WAE’s involvement in the world of high-performance electrification, Elysia exists to unlock the untapped potential of batteries for every business on earth.

Our mission is to unlock the full potential from every battery on the planet, whether that be in an electric car, scooter, mining truck or grid stationary storage. We turn data into safer, long-lasting and higher-performing batteries, making them work for both businesses and the planet.

**Job role**:

- Manage Elysia’s online and in-person marketing activities. Work creatively to rapidly grow the brand’s reach and evolve the brand’s “voice” as we speak to new and existing customers across markets and geographies.
- Develop tools for effectively measuring effectiveness of marketing activities. Feed back into business strategy and propose where efforts and investment should be focussed.
- Lead the coordination of global events, liaising with both internal and external teams.
- Generate marketing materials and creative content, working with internal and external designers as well as Elysia technical and product teams.
- Manage external creative agencies, and work with the view to in-house activities such as social media.
- With time, build out marketing strategy, working jointly with Elysia Business Development team.
- Run ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives, supporting the Elysia leadership team.

**You’ll have**:

- Education to bachelor’s degree or higher beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in marketing roles highly beneficial but not strictly essential.
- Experience in startups and/or SaaS businesses beneficial but not essential.
- Good written English language skills. Proven journalistic and/or marketing copywriting capability.
- Ability to create high-quality, visually rich documentation. Skills in Adobe-suite or similar are a bonus.
- High EQ.
- Excellent organisation skills and are a natural project manager. Can context switch quickly and deliver across multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail.
