Management shifts are either 8.30-5 or 3-CL, over 5 days per week with alternative Sundays off and one full weekend off per month (no set days but we are open Sunday to Saturdays).

Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure that the restaurant is professionally managed/organised with exceptional attention to customer service.

To ensure that any service issues and customer complaints are handled appropriately and satisfactorily.

To help build sales and profitability through cost controls of stock and labour.

To motivate and encourage the team to perform to the highest of standards and promote return custom.

To assist the Management team in the overall running of the business.

To ensure that all Policies & Procedures are adhered to at all times.

To be accurate in all forms of communication/daily paperwork (end of day reports, inventory sheets, health and safety and stock ordering).

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Food Health & Safety

Previous Supervisory experience

People management skills

Physical fit in order to be on your feet and on the go throughout a shift

Be able to multi-task and problem solve

Have excellent communication and organisational skills

Competitive rate of pay, generous team discount, team meals and supplementary payment of gratuities.

Pay: £23,868.00-£24,336.00 per year
