**Marketing Executive - Maternity Cover**

We are looking for a budding or experienced Marketing and Communications professional with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and natural communications skills. You will be working as part of a pan-European Agricultural business on a wide range of marketing and communications activity for a variety of audiences. Working across multi channels; including print and digital; events and conferences for both internal audiences and external customers and stakeholders.

**What will you do?**

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to support with the smooth implementation of all marketing and communications activity across the pig, poultry, game and smallholder markets.

This will cover campaign planning and implementation across internal and external communications leveraging a variety of different channels including conferences and events; working with the in-house Graphic Designer to coordinate advertising; planning & writing for PR; direct mail and writing content for web and social media.

**Tasks and responsibilities as a Marketing Executive**:

- You will work across both traditional and digital marketing channels. Developing campaigns across platforms, to suit a range of audiences.
- You will write copy for a variety of channels (print and digital) and audiences (internal and external).
- You will take ownership for individual projects and activities from start to finish, working with the Head of Marketing & Communications and other stakeholders, including the in-house Graphic Designer and external design agency.
- You will lead on social media marketing across all the pig, poultry, game and smallholder brands:

- Working closely with internal teams to develop content
- Testing new ideas and building the pages in line with the marketing objectives.
- Managing the creation and spend of advertisements on Facebook Business Manager across platforms.
- You will lead on digital communications using in-house CRM & digital marketing systems and tools

**Your CV shows**:

- Previous experience in Marketing or Communications roles and/or relevant marketing qualifications.
- A working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in agricultural is not essential, however a passion for learning about the sector is a must
- And you will be able to demonstrate, at interview, good copy writing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
