**Account Coordinator (Construction Division)**

**Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours**

**Salary - £23,000 to £26,000**

**Based nearStockbridge, Hampshire with travel to customer sites as and when required.**

Our client is a 'Planet First’ Technology company who is enjoying rapid growth. Due to their continued expansion, they require a full time Account Coordinator (Construction Division) to join the GBF Team to provide day to day assistance to our Constructioncustomers.

**Key deliverables (Essential duties and responsibilities)**

You will be reporting into the Customer Support Manager and you will be responsible for:

- Issue drawings and information for construction purposes, using the correct protocols as instructed
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, engineers, and subcontractors for information
- Prepare and release specific site documentation
- Manage site procurement / supplies
- Provision of information to customers.
- Coordinating Smart Tank deliveries
- Arrange First Fuel Delivery
- Attending sites to coordinate site risk assessments and surveys
- Coordinating site preparation prior to smart tank delivery
- Oversee Smart Tank commissioning and coordinate any servicing and repairs
- Assist with customer orders
- Monthly reporting of customers
- Participating in client review meetings and presenting on client specific activity
- Supporting the Customer Support Manager with any additional administrative tasks as and when required.
- Liaising with UK Sales Manager and GBF Engineer
- Coordinating Test Trails with construction customers

**Requirements**:
You will be part of a small team and will be in daily contact with customers. You will have:

- A background in working in a similar role within construction is desirable but not essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with our Construction customers.
- Ability to work both independently and under instruction.
- An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Articulate and confident representing the company
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Has an interest in the green economy
- Is adaptable, resilient, and prepared to grow with the role.
- An understanding of construction H&S site visit protocols advantageous.
