The Accounts Receivable administrator will support the Finance team in the generation and issuing of all invoices and providing general administration support for the Accounts Receivable Ledger.

**What you’ll do**:

- Raising and issuing proforma invoices and updating Sales Account Managers once payment has been received
- Raising Commercial Invoices ensuring all information is complete
- Generating and issuing - EUR1/Certificate of Origin documents through the Chamber of Commerce website
- Add new Customers to the Accounts Receivable Ledger
- Matching payments received on the Ledger
- Follow up on short payments, debit notes
- Resolve customer internal and external queries
- General office admin
- Credit Control - assist AR Manager on debt chasing when necessary
- Carry out routine credit checks on new and existing customers
- Maintain spreadsheets as required

**What you’ll have**:

- Strong Excel skills (Vlookup and Pivot tables desirable)
- Strong experience within a similar Accounts Receivable and Credit Control role
- Knowledge and experience in working with an ERP system
- Confident interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks
- Proactive, uses initiative and enjoys working as part of a team and autonomously
