LS-TEN is a charity based in Leeds, West Yorkshire that operates across a number of areas including the LS-TEN Skatepark, Education and Community Programmes.

We are currently in a position to recruit an enthusiastic **Skatepark Shift Leader (evenings and weekends) **who is passionate about engaging people in (wheeled) sports and is a strong team player. The position is currently part-time, with working hours required **between 10-22 hours a week (with possibility to increase depending on business need). **This will include **day weekend shifts, evening shifts during the week and additional hours during school holidays.**

The Shift Leader will lead on providing a welcoming service to all users of the skatepark.

The Shift Leader will be responsible for the day to day shift management of the skatepark delivering excellent and efficient customer service, delivering on the standard of skatepark presentation and session delivery.

The Skatepark Shift Leader will manage Skatepark Team members on the day, increase standards of coaching, facilitate brilliant birthday parties, increase customer footfall and ensure the cleanliness of the facility.

Responsibilities include;
- Providing Customer Service
- On the day management of Skatepark Team members
- Retaining facilities cleanliness
- Cash handling (Using an EPOS System)
- Running tuck shop and making barista style hot drinks.
- A strong understanding of health and safety.
- Providing first aid support.
- Being a supportive presence to all participants.
- Making sure weekend shifts run smoothly and responsibly.

Experience of the sport or wheeled sports sector is preferred with shift leader experience in customer service.

We are very interested to hear from people looking to pick up hours during evenings, weekends and school holidays.
