Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the store is run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the store team to deliver an easy and fuss-free shopping experience for customers
* Support colleagues in achieving daily priorities and take regular breaks
* Open and close the store, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyone's safety
* Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager for day-to-day queries
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store
* Support managers in coordinating seasonal, community, and charity events

* Competitive hourly rate starting from £14.28, increasing to £15.41 for stores inside the M25
