**What you’ll do**:

- Develop creative concepts in response to client briefs, ensuring high-quality designs for print, web, and social media use in line with Sodexo brand guidelines and client timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Creative Services and Creative Lead to guarantee quality control before sharing with clients.
- Manage amends and artworking in accordance with feedback from clients and Head of Creative Services.
- Provide creative support to manage print and branded merchandise requests via external partners.
- Own project administration duties such as planning, briefing, templating, and time management.
- Contribute to maintaining and developing our in-house image bank.
- Act as a brand guardian, promoting Sodexo Brand Hub guidelines within the UK&I business.

**What you bring**:

- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Working knowledge of the print process.
- Energetic and passionate attitude towards design.
- Exceptional creative flair, strong visual sense, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Open to challenge and feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- While experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other additional creative skills like animation and illustration are desirable, what we value most is your willingness to learn and grow. A degree-level qualification in graphic design (or similar) would be beneficial, but it’s your talent and dedication that will truly make the difference.
