**Hybrid Working - a mixture of home and office working, with regular customer visits within the Speke & Garston area of South Liverpool.**

**What will your role be?**

As the Assets Surveyor you will lead in the acquisition, disposal and review of property assets, lease negotiations and renewals, property inspections and valuations, whilst ensuring the asset management databases are kept up to date and reflect the completionof responsive and planned programme works. You will be proactively identify preventative repairs and maintenance, and review and evaluate energy performance data of their homes to ensure compliance and improve energy performance.

**Who are they looking for?**

You will have a HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent experience and have experience working within the social housing property and investment sector. You’ll have strong knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 as well as an understandingof excellent customer care.
