Stirling Gin was born four years ago in a suburban kitchen by husband and wife Cameron and June McCann. In 2019 we opened our doors at the foot of Stirling castle. We are the first gin distillery in the beautiful city of Stirling and are proud to use local ingredients to create our outstanding Scottish spirits.

**Tour Guide**

Our Tour Guide will function as an ambassador for the distillery and its products. We are looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, hard-working individual, 18 or over, to join our small friendly team that will give our customers the best possible experience as they tour the facilities and taste our amazing products.

**Responsibilities**

Meets and greets all visitors and tourists in a professional courteous manner.

Run tours through the distillery.

Promote the sale of our products to our customers.

Ensure the till is managed and balanced as per training provided.

Ensure the shop is stocked appropriately.

Assisting the head distiller.

Capable of multi tasking on busy days

**Qualifications and Skills**

We are looking for passionate individuals with outgoing personalities who have a real enthusiasm for both our product and providing truly engaging experiences for our customers. You will be confident in speaking in groups as the role will entail you bringing to life the guided tours with your charismatic flair. The ability to work within a team is essential and a flexible approach is required as weekends and some evening work is an integral part of the role. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial but not necessary as full training will be given.

- High School/GED/Secondary School

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of face-to-face customer service or retail experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stirling, FK8 1EN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
