Apprentice Insurance Broker

**The role**

We have a great opportunity for an Apprentice Insurance Broker to join the team here at Packetts, which is now part of Jensten Group. You’ll be based at our Shipley office
- with hybrid working once settled into the role. Reporting to the Broking Manager, the main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support whilst gaining a recognised and established career foundation, and qualification.

**About you**

As our Apprentice Insurance Broker, you’ll be the type of person who is keen to develop a career within Insurance. You will also be or have:

- Insurance industry background or understand the basics of Insurance
- (ideally)
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner, being able to build working relationships easily
- Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance and sales
- Good attention to detail and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
