This is a dynamic role, suitable for an individual who possesses a high level of self drive and a determination to succeed. You will help to manage and support a mature network of UK partners, with the aim of ensuring their success in selling, delivering,retaining and supporting our software.

**Requirements**:
Depending on the applicants’ skills and experience, we may decide to recruit two Partnership Managers and we will review some of the duties, to decide how they can be best distributed.

As Partnership Manager you will work with our Lead Partnerships Manager and report directly to the Business Development Director and will need to:

- have experience and a successful track record of face to face account\partnership management and ideally from within the data\digital marketing industry
- be able and willing to travel, attend meetings and events mainly within the UK
- manage the overall partner relationship, with the aim of offering commercial support and maximising their contribution to both from a revenue perspective but also on from an engagement point of view
- have some experience with commercials, licensing and contract negotiations
- work with Partners to position and sell solutions to end clients including full product demonstrations and pre-sales meetings. Working with partners to help build and refine their propositions around the technology
- become an expert in software in order to present the solution to all levels and be able to answer questions knowledgeably
- help the team identify, qualify, contact and recruit new partnerships and develop these relationships, as well as developing commercial constructs
- help manage and progress sales opportunities from end client organisations, ultimately finding the right partner to engage with them
- have the ability to think laterally and understand\articulate solutions to a variety of audiences
- have an appetite and enthusiasm for working as part of a small growing business and not afraid of getting your hands dirty whilst supporting each other.
- possess excellent computer skills and expertise with a variety of software. A good quality degree qualification is desirable as is mastery of all MS Office products for day to day work.
- work primarily during business hours to support partners. They offer flexibility of hours when arranged with the team in advance

**DUTIES**:
In this role, you will need to:
1.Be the face of building engagement with your assigned partners and therefore need impeccable, engaging presentation skills and accuracy. Use the gravitas necessary to present properly and credibly to senior stakeholders

2.Define strategies and specific plans for individual partners to deliver long-term sustainable growth for both parties

3.Create, develop and own key business relationships and drive the ultimate success of our partnerships, implementing business development initiatives with our partners to further our growth and strategy

4.Respond quickly and effectively to partners when they need help

5.Hold regular review meetings with partners as a core engagement tool, where you will share and demonstrate new and forthcoming software features as well as discussing many other topics including;
oCommercials
- Customers
- Pricing\Licensing
- Opportunities

oMarket conditions
- Competition
- Technology changes and gaps

oMarketing collaboration

oTraining requirements

6.Establish productive, professional and detailed relationships with key personnel within assigned partners; covering new relationships and maintaining existing relationships

7.Develop, structure and agree new partnerships with target partner organisations that deliver enduring value

8.When suitable, coordinate the involvement of other teams such as marketing, support, training and development, to help meet partnership objectives

9.Ensure that information is shared through from our team to others and vice versa

10.Assist in the preparation of Proof-of-Concept systems and our own demonstration facilities

11.Help to manage technology partner relationships to uncover opportunities and ultimately benefit users

12.Keep accurate records and update internal systems as required

13.Take part in projects or internal meetings to represent the business development team and our partners’ commercial perspectives

14.Attend and run Partner Huddle meetings in London

15.On occasions support international commercial teams
