We have an exciting opportunity in our Jensten Underwriting Motor team for an Insurance Administrator with full training given. The role is within our Watnall office, easily commutable from Nottingham and Derby.

You will be working in a close-knit friendly team that enjoy socialising together and really know what a support working environment is. Although this is an office based role, once probation has been completed, there is the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis to provide a good work life balance.

**Some key objectives & responsibilities will include**:

- Answering incoming calls and directing call accordingly
- Inputting information to various systems accurately
- Communicating with Partner Brokers and Underwriters as appropriate (e.g., requesting information & documentation.)
- Incorporate the group’s values into every procedure

**About you**

You will have some experience within a client/customer facing role, this could have been gained from within a similar office-based role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage, care sectors etc.

**You’ll also be or have**:

- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- A confident communicator, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- A collaborative and innovative approach to working
- The ability to act with integrity at all times
- Be approachable and helpful
- Good IT skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
