The post holder will be part of the Business Support Team within East Dunbartonshire HSCP, working directly with the multi-disciplinary/multi-agency team to support the service. The post holder will be required to communicate with all users of the service. It is essential that the post holder has excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities. Essential Experience gained within an office environment Experience of dealing with a high volume of calls Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow protocols for work areas and contribute to review of these protocols Ability to prioritise workload and exercise initiative Flexible Desirable Keyboard skills Experience of dealing with complex calls Experience of data input Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in word. Previous NHS Experience New employees will undertake an induction/training programme. This will be a minimum of 4 weeks depending on the department and location.
