**About the role**:
As a Digital Learning Design Apprentice, your role is to support all functions within the digital learning team. Supporting in the creation, implementation and continuous development of training materials, student resources and ad-hoc learning assets in support of our learning programmes.

You will support the lead, coordinator, and administrator in the development, maintenance, and management of the LMS. You will work with in-house tutors and sales teams to assist with project work, support and deliver training, and support CIPS students attending virtual classroom sessions or on the Learning Management System.

You will support and assist your colleagues in the digital learning team with digital project work and new schemes of work/product development to ensure all technology is being used to achieve its fullest potential and efficiencies.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Supporting the lead in the development of digital learning content including**:

- Creation, amendment and fixing of digital learning content such as eLearning courses, SCORM, videos, podcasts, animations, HTML, infographics, and transcripts etc.
- Supporting the creation of CIPS Business Study Centre training materials and resources with CFB Tutors/PD/Knowledge, ensuring all content meets SEND/Accessibility requirements, CFB Standards, CIPS Brand identity and values. Including updates and review cycles to existing materials.
- Researching, identifying and supporting procurement of digital learning solutions which will support the further development of CIPS Business Study Centre including monitoring trends in learning technology and advising accordingly.
- Working with internal stakeholders specifically within CFB to develop a range of engaging ad-hoc training materials such as guides, videos, SOPs, quizzes, infographics, and animations.
- Supporting the maintenance of all LMS resources and content to ensure reviews are actioned and content is accurate and relevant.

**Supporting the maintenance of CIPS Learning Management System including**:

- Building supplier relationships
- Content and system management
- LMS queries and issues
- Data cleansing and version control
- Managing updates and upgrades

**Supporting the wider CIPS for business teams and learners with digital learning support including**:

- Supporting colleagues in the digital learning team by learning how to carry out aspects of their roles so that holiday cover can be provided, and peaks and troughs accommodated.
- Supporting with daily administration tasks for digital learning pathway creation and the enrolment of students to learning containers
- Work with internal projects and tutor teams to enhance training materials and develop student resources
- Maintain all CIPS Digital and manual processes as required to ensure quality of data across all digital learning platforms and procedures.

**Entry Requirements**:

- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Interest and knowledge within IT
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365
