**Position**:Client Relations Administrator**

**Location**:Thundridge, near Ware**

**(your own transport is required)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm**

**£23,000 per annum**

**1 year fixed term contract**

On a day to day basis you will be coordinating with customers and colleagues to:

- Arrange equipment installations
- Process new business paperwork
- Order equipment
- Arrange service and repair calls
- Resolve any billing or equipment issues
- Maintain a fantastic working relationship with clients
- Record accurate notes and information
- Manage the team inbox

We're looking for someone with:

- Customer service and telephone experience
- A friendly communication style
- A team player mentality
- Attention to detail
- A can do attitude
- Good administration and organisation skills
- A flexible approach to work

This is a 1 year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
