**Assessment Data Administrator**

**Location**: Hybrid - Remote with travel to RICS offices as and when required

**Job type**: FTC - 6 Months

**Salary**: £18,000 to £20,000 DOE

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively record, update, and amend customer information on internal database to ensure accuracy and completeness of key assessment data
- Carry out simple analysis of data issues and report findings to relevant Assessment Operations Managers
- Support in the order processing of RICS Diplomas and award packs
- Provide support to the EQS (Education and Qualification Standards) Enrolment Team through completion and acknowledgement of enrolments and direct entry elections
- Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
- Support with development and testing of new processes and systems, providing feedback from a customer perspective
- Review staff guidance and process notes, to provide feedback on completeness and clarity of the guidance

**Experience / Skills Required**
- GCSE level calibre with a genuine passion for speaking to customers and answering their enquiries
- A sound understanding and ability to work with standard Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc.)
- Excellent excel and database skills
- Excellent data inputting and numerical accuracy
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
- Adherence to quality assurance procedures
- Eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
- A flexible, team worker who is a committed and conscientious
