Cheshire Constabulary can offer you a unique and rewarding role as a Communications Operator within our Force Control Centre.

You will deal with members of the public and provide vital support to frontline officers on a day to day basis.

Salary information:

- Salary range of **£23,835- £27,690.**:

- For full time rotational shift patterns you will receive a 20% shift allowance
- For full time fixed lates pattern you will receive a 10% shift allowance
- Part time lates shift pattern will benefit from a 10% shift allowance
- Part time night shift pattern will benefit from a 33% shift allowance
- You will also receive weekend enhancements at time and a half for rostered hours worked.

Please note, your salary will increase through progression within the above range.

We do not expect you to have experience of emergency call handling and you will be given full training, followed by a period of job related coaching to make sure that you are ready for the challenges that this rewarding role will present.

Please be aware that our work is 24/7 so you will be required to work shifts, examples of the full and part time shift patterns are attached to this advert.

**We will be open for both full time/Part Time shift patterns. If successful through the process, you will commence on the 15th May 2023.**
