Genius Foods Ltd is one of the biggest UK Gluten Free Bakery company.

This role is for 3 days per week and based in Bathgate, we are flexible on the day of the weeks but prefer on site working.

Its a great opportunity to join a really strong Finance Team.

**As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks**:

- Processing purchase ledger entries, including matching, batching, and coding invoices.
- Authorizing invoices through the AP system
- Preparing reconciliations
- Communicating with suppliers and producing supplier statements
- Using Microsoft Excel
- Potentially assisting with other finance duties, such as sales ledger
- Maintaining strong relationships with staff in other departments
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties
- Adept in performing the listed job duties
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Organized
- Positive attitude

**Salary**: £14,106.00 per year
