Customer Service Administrator

**Essential Functions**:
- Must always represent The M. K. Morse Company in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Accurately and efficiently enter quotes and orders for customers, distributors, and sales.
- Assist with customer questions, technical issues and returns.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of MK Morse products to best assist customers.
- Communicate customer problem analysis/status and resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for resolution. Includes but not limited to billing discrepancies with Accounting, claims from distributors, manufacturing and inventory to finalize ship dates.
- Ensure bill onlys are accurate and invoiced.
- Provide and enter quotes into system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Communicate order updates proactively.
- May occasionally pick and pack orders, if needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication, including very good written skills.
- Good conflict management and customer service skills.
- Must be well organized and possess strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Capable of producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Knowledge of call center and customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Maintain composure & professionalism during high volume times.
- Must have a high energy level and self-motivated. Must be able to work independently.
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
