What's the role about?:
**Recruitment Administrator**

**Are you looking for a flexible part time role, largely based from home?**
**Want to make a difference in a team with your mad organisational skills and keen attention to detail?**

**Part time, Permanent**
**Working**:18 to 21 hours over 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
**Location**: Remote working with 2-3 days per month in Winnersh Triangle (RG41)

**What is the role?**
- Deliver a positive and professional experience to prospective employees
- Obtain information and documents for new starters and process the details over to the relevant teams
- Offer jobs and processing right to work checks
- Update and maintain the recruitment database
- Post adverts and monitor response
- Ad hoc research and reports

**What are we looking for?**
- Organised and very detail oriented

- A positive attitude and team player
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
