**Supply Chain Coordinator**

Location: Warwick

**Salary**: £24,690 - £26,000 (Pro rata)

6-month FTC

Our client is a global organisation with a vision to create a clean and energy-efficient future by delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market who are looking for a specialist to join them as a **Supply Chain Coordinator**.

The **Supply Chain Coordinator **will be at the forefront of customer engagement, representing the organisation to the highest of standards, to build and sustain relationships to support the objectives of the business.

The successful **Supply Chain Coordinator **will act as a primary customer liaison for the Original Equipment Service side of the business coordinating several areas of the supply chain including, logistics, orders, shipments and product availability.

**Key roles and responsibilities for the Supply Chain Coordinator**
- To provide information to customers/internal team related to order status, shipments and support to maximize sales
- Manage operational liaison with customers for issues related to Logistics (Orders / Shipment / Returns / Freight)
- Ensure accurate order load, verify EDI orders are received and processed as expected, and that all orders adhere to Legal requirements
- Support in identifying pricing / credit issues and follow up for resolution
- Manage shipment preparation and liaise with warehouse for pick/pack and dispatch of goods to customer, ensuring compliance with customer / legal requirements Co-ordinate the processing of Goods Returns & Stock Cleanse requests, ensuring appropriate approvals
- Ensure electronic messaging is processed correctly (interfaces to warehouse, messages to/from Customers) related to customer’s orders/dispatches/billing
- Support sales forecasting process, with information related to orders & shipments
- Manage and report customer complaints, and ensure timely feedback and resolution
- Analyse customer availability, route cause and co-ordinate action plans to resolve issues
- Provide 1st level product information to customers

**Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications) for the Supply Chain Coordinator**
- Customer service / Supply Chain & Logistics experience is essential
- Highly numerate and computer literate. Working knowledge of SAP/EDI is desirable but can be taught A basic level of Excel is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead and collaborate with other functions and other territories.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and drive, with strong logic, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates ability to hit deadlines and manage competing priorities across functions.

**Expected skills & competencies for the Supply Chain Coordinator**
- Experience of the Automotive Industry, preferably within Aftermarket business processes but not essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Curious, enquiring mind, understanding and appreciation of the commercial and strategic mix and interdependencies
- Commercial acumen and a passion to drive the strategic plans forward, able to analyse and produce reports and recommendations
- Builds trust with key stakeholders and understand the customer perspective

- Salary: £24,690 - £26,000 plus potential 8% bonus (Pro-rata)
- Hybrid - 2 days in office* (On completion of probation)
