**HR Specialist**

**Overall Objective**

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our client’s Group team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the HR function by leveraging your expertise and serving as the primary contact for all HR-related matters.

Your role will involve acting as an intermediary between management and employees, overseeing employee progress and well-being, and ensuring that all employees adhere to company and government policies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a strong ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and implement the Company HR policies and Procedures.
- Ensure company policies follow national laws and regulations.
- To ensure fairness and consistency in decision-making, through the implementation of the HR policies
- Maintenance of the Company Handbook
- Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
- Provide Employee contracts, amendments, and variation letters.
- Development and delivery of the induction process
- Support the development of job descriptions.
- Development of the 1:1 process and documentation across the company, to maximise effectiveness.
- Development of the appraisal process and documentation and implement a rating structure
- To source, develop, maintain, and implement an HR Platform
- Monitor employee performance, such as attendance and sick leave
- Develop performance monitoring to ensure productivity in the Hybrid working environment
- Work with Senior Management to develop a Benefits Platform
- Monitor and develop rewards and benefits
- Work with members of the Management Team to build, develop and deliver training programs for the different sectors within the Company Group
- Facilitate the delivery of training workshops
- Overseeing disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- Provide monthly HR KPIs for inclusion in the monthly management pack
- Support and encourage employee engagement
- Develop an annual employee feedback process
- Promote equality, health, and safety within the company

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
