About the team:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team at OSB Group in our Wolverhampton office. You will work hand-in-hand with our business leaders to achieve our talent acquisition goals, by partnering on sourcing diverse talent for both immediate and future pipelining across our UK operation.

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re passionate about collaboration, so you’ll be based in our Wolverhampton office three days a week.

What you will be doing:
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels and seniority of vacancies up to but excluding executives.
- To be the SME, providing expert guidance on the talent acquisition lifecycle to the business, advising managers of best practice, appropriate sourcing strategies, market conditions and talent attraction.
- Suggesting areas for improvement and strategies to consistently improve the service provided to all our customers/stakeholders, sharing best practice and a robust approach to recruitment.
- Generating ideas for process improvement, suggest new direct hiring strategies and perform horizon scanning.
- Proactively managing and suggesting initiatives to improve the inclusion and diversity of our hires to achieve our aspiration of being a truly inclusive workforce which celebrates all our differences.

We offer a base salary dependent on experience and a competitive benefits package including:

- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%

Could you be the one?:
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

- Previous experience of working in an internal recruitment role, with a focus on excellent stakeholder management and customer service is essential.
- Previous experience partnering with hiring managers to establish and implement creative recruitment strategies to resource difficult to fill vacancies is essential.
- Experience of direct sourcing is essential.
- Knowledge around industry best practices to identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition strategies, particularly around DE&I.
