Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Resourcing Operations Manager to join our team at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). As a key member of our digital recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver the day-to-day operations of a high-touch and high-impact digital recruitment and onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles within the digital and data framework.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and select top talent, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Support the development of a suite of training programs to improve knowledge and capability for hiring managers and the digital recruitment team.
- Champion improvements and best practices to ensure the recruitment process is transparent, inclusive, and effective.
Requirements
- Resilient and inclusive leadership experience, with a track record of supporting teams through complex scenarios.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in delivering recruitment in fast-paced and complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in handling difficult conversations and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Substantial experience using data analytics to inform decision-making.
