We need extra help to ensure the administration of the concessionary bus pass scheme runs smoothly and so that every student can get to school or college at the start of the new academic year.

**About you**

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic temporary member of staff to help the teams carrying out this work.

You will ideally;
- have good GCSE grades in Maths and English with at least 6 months experience of working in a busy office.
- have experience of using databases, MS Word and Excel and of dealing with sometimes difficult customers by phone.
- be punctual, self motivated and able to settle in and pick up new tasks quickly and proficiently.

**Interviews will be held on the week commencing 11 September 2023.
