**Who We're Looking For**:
Optima Care are recruiting for an enthusiastic psychology graduate to join our team in Westgate-on-Sea as a Psychology Case Worker. You will hold a formal qualification in psychology (e.g., undergraduate/postgraduate degree) and will be supporting individuals who have complex presentations, including learning disability, autism spectrum condition, mental health needs, and forensic histories.

The successful Psychology Case Worker will have the ability to support, motivate and encourage service users to develop and achieve their full potential, whilst enabling the wider support team to deliver appropriate interventions.
