Full time - Letting Negotiator

Salary approx. £22,500 with scope dependant on experience and skill set. Full time hrs Mon to Fri with Saturday mornings approx. 1 in 4.

Please note for an applicant with experience there is significant scope for swift promotion to an office manager's role. This role would of course command a significantly higher salary.

A varied role in a fast paced environment, organising and planning maintenance and property renovations. Also dealing with a varied range of enquiries from both landlord and tenant customers.

Ideally applicant will have experience within the lettings industry

Must be a good communicator with strong computer literacy and the ability to deal with people from all walks of life

Working within a long established team we are looking for a team player with a positive and friendly manner

Full driving license and use of own vehicle will be a requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
