Coastal Lettings are a rapidly growing property management business and one of the market leaders specialising in the HMO market. Our office is based in, Barrow in Furness town centre.

we manage large number or properties across Barrow in Furness. We are going through a strong period of growth in all aspects of the business, making it an exciting time to join.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving property company based in Barrow in Furness town centre.

You will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlord and tenants. You will be pro-active in self-promotion and marketing and provide excellent customer service. The aim is to create a referral business and maintain clients-for-life business.

**Duties**:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents

Qualifications:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
