**Company**:
My client, a well-known Trading organisation, is seeking a Security Specialist to join them in the City of London on a contract basis. You will be required to be onsite 2 days a week which includes a dedicated Team day. This is an exciting time to join asthe organisation is currently undergoing a huge transformation including the build of a new trading platform and the adoption of Automation/DevOps tools.

**Role**:
Reporting to Security Engineering Manager, the role will work very closely with IT Engineering and Security Operations functions, and will ensure that high level designs and security requirements are translated into effective, efficient and maintainablesecurity controls within the solutions delivered. Duties include completing designs and other relevant artefacts required by project lifecycle, supporting L2 SOC Analysts as required, and on-call support for out of hours escalation.

**The following are essential**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in IT Security, including direct experience within a Security Engineer role
- Previous experience of designing and deploying/implementing any of the following:

- McAfee ePO
- Carbon Black
- CyberArk
- ArcSight
- Experience in creating LLDs and HLDs
- Appreciation of working in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, with the ability to cope under pressure
- Positive attitude and customer oriented
- Innovative thinker and problem solver

**The following are desirable**:

- Experience in Automation / DevOps tools e.g. Ansible Tower
- Experience in Python and/or PowerShell

**Working Hours & Flexible Working**:

- Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), 2 days onsite in the London office.

**Daily Rate: £ Competitive (Inside IR35) Initial 6 Months**
