MacRail is a market leader in infrastructure site access, providing bespoke and innovative solutions to manage our clients' worksites. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Control Room Supervisor based in our Weston-super-Mare office to join us on our mission to grow the business.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated person who thrives under pressure and is passionate about their team. You will need to have a proactive approach, the ability to problem solve and not be afraid of challenges. Previous Management or Supervisory experience is required.

Duties include:

- Setting goals to promote company growth.
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of daily Operations.
- Prepares schedules and reports.
- Provide advice and guidance to other employees.
- Manages team workloads to meet goals and deadlines.
- Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Promotes and enforces safety and compliance in the workplace.

**Terms & Conditions;**
- £24,252.80 annual salary, reviewed annually.
- 40 hours a week with an expectation of assisting in peak out-of-hours times.
- 28 Days annual leave.
- Time and a half on Bank holidays.
- Triple Pay during Christmas and New Year period.
- 6-month probation period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,252.80 per year
